7-Day Easy Exchange Policy
At RizzOn, our priority is ensuring you receive the highest quality 240 GSM drop-shoulder streetwear. If your item arrives with manufacturing defects, incorrect size, or printing errors, you are entitled to a 100% free exchange or full refund within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns & Replacement
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all RizzOn tags attached.
- Custom AI prompt-generated apparel is made-to-order and eligible for free replacement in case of defect, damage in transit, or print misplacement.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required.
Reverse Pickup & Refund Process
Once an exchange request is submitted via support@rizzon.in, our logistics partner (Delhivery / Bluedart) will schedule a doorstep pickup within 2 business days. Refunds are credited to the original UPI / Card account within 3-5 working days upon quality inspection.
